I'm Ahmet Yasir Demir, a Product Engineer working across product, engineering and analytics. I build independent apps and bring them together under Ghaith Labs.
I ask who needs a product, what they use today and why they might choose something different. I turn those questions into working experiences, then use feedback and behavioural data to decide what to improve next.
I ask who needs it, what they use today and what could be better.
I turn product decisions into working experiences, from interface to release.
I use behaviour and feedback to decide what to improve next.

Independent app / Local-first library
I wanted my saved links to be easier to return to. That shaped a local-first library organised around intent, with AI helping after the save.
View project
Mobile product / Audio
I built a way to turn my own material into something I could listen to. Documents, notes and topics become podcasts, with playback and quizzes in one experience.

Mobile utility / Audio system
I brought tone generation, speaker tools and native iOS audio into a focused utility, then worked on its purchase experience and distribution.
View project
Pet care / AI assistance
I brought pet profiles, health guidance and nutrition into one place, with structured AI responses behind a simple conversation.

Shared goals / Small groups
I designed a quieter way to stay accountable: small groups, shared goals and gentle nudges from the people who matter.

Creative tools / AI video
I shaped a photo-to-dance experience around guided input, asynchronous video generation and a result ready to share.

Mobile game / Match-three
I connected a match-three puzzle to a longer game loop, keeping progression, rewards and the board in a consistent state.

Saving content was already easy. Returning to it across different apps was the problem I wanted Save It to solve.
The question behind Save ItIn Save It, capturing a link happens locally. Metadata and AI classification follow separately, so a delayed response needn’t become a failed save.
The decision behind the architectureConversations about PodTalk’s first student use case made me reconsider when listening would be useful. A working feature still needs a reason to be chosen.
How I question an assumptionI connect product questions with the engineering and analysis needed to act on them.
What do people need?
What do they choose?
What should change?
User needs · Existing alternatives · Firebase Analytics · BigQuery · App Store Connect

Flutter · Native iOS · Local-first data · Subscriptions

Multimodal input · Structured output · Generation pipelines · Validation

Browser pipelines · Evidence collection · Scoring · Human review
What I ship is an answer. How people use it is the next question.
Release gives me something real to learn from. I stay involved in the decisions that follow.
